Dear [insert Company name here] series

I love to check/spy on what other companies are doing/preparing. Yes, I suffer from the "Early adopter" curse, but there is no harm in testing new releases as they come fresh out of the oven. You quickly get exposed to current trends (regarding if we are talking about design or technology) and most important: experiences. But not all experiences are good or badass.

We, the final users, get to decide if a product was truly intended for its consumer or just to complete that marketing/business goal. With these "Dear..." series, I will free my frustrations (or admiration) for the world to see that building a User Experience is one tough cookie. Imagine the "You know what grinds my gear..." meme, but applied to the UX universe.

I think I will start with Twitter.
